Bush tucker immersion
Smell, touch and taste bush tucker plants. Have a go at grinding some seeds. Make your own bush tucker recipe using native ingredients to enjoy or take home.
All allergies catered for.
Indigenous plant exploration
Learn about Indigenous plants and their traditional uses. View and touch a variety of plants, flowers and grasses. Plant a seed in a pot to take home and make seed bombs.
Sensory art session
Make clay or playdough creations inspired by nature. Learn about animal tracking and prints. Create patterns using Aboriginal symbols.
Pollinators and bug hotels
Learn about native pollinators, the importance of bugs and all the plants and environments that are crucial in attracting pollinators. Make bug hotels out of sticks, plants, flowers and bark and then decorate them.
Music making and clapstick decoration
Make music using different traditional instruments and decorate your own clapsticks to take home.

Ochre painting
Learn all about ochre and how to crush and mix it. Learn Aboriginal symbols and make your own artwork to take home.
Native flower art
Explore native flowers. Create your own flower art on cards or calico bags.
Jewellery making
Make necklaces, bracelets and/or keyrings using gumnuts, native seeds and emu feathers.
Lino printing
Make your own native art lino print that can be reused again and again to create patterns on bags, cards or paper.
Stone painting
Learn about the traditional art form of stone painting and make your own designs using natural pigments on river stones.
